Instead of saying “quitting” replace it with something positive. Most smokers reach for a cigarette to relax. Notice how people always seem to smoke during their breaks at work or when stressed. Perhaps a new habit could be “I will do 123 to relax everyday”. Then you can just exchange 123 with whatever positive habit you think could help you. Try drinking water, reach for a good book, or eat something healthful whenever you have the desire to smoke cigarettes. Positive relaxers are endless.
You have only your health to gain. Its all worth it no matter how you decide to quit smoking, cold turkey or vaping.
