Do you yourself vape and if so when did you start vaping and what was your greatest motivation to start vaping?:

richie:

Oh yea. I’m the main taste tester, lol. Around 2 years ago. Like so many other people, to stop smoking.

If you were a smoker, have you stayed true to vaping or have you ever returned to smoking? :

richie:

Its been hard. I grew up on a tobacco farm. The smell of tobacco while its curing is one of my all time favorite aromas. I know there are a lot of “tobacco” juices on the market, and i tried a lot of them when I first started vaping. i didn’t like any of them. Here at River Rock Vapes I am working on a tobacco flavor that truly reminds me of the tobacco barns.

How do you think vaping could be further improved so it is more like the feel of smoking?:

richie:

Cigs are Cigs, Vaping is Vaping. Don’t know that they need to be the same.

What do you find are the biggest misconceptions about vaping?:

richie:

That vaping is the same as smoking.

What is your personal go to atomizer, mod and Premium e Juice combo?:

richie:

Any mod I can put my Aspire Nautilus tank on. Good thing about making juice is I have at least 3 tanks with different flavors in them everywhere I go. But my first flavor Double Shot Kiwi is still my fave.

When did you start in the vape business?:

richie:

I started mixing 1 1/2 years ago. But actual legal business started in Sept 2015.

Why did you get into this vape business?:

richie:

I was vaping a juice that I liked. Then it got discontinued. Then I tried a lot of big name brands. They were okay, just not what I was looking for. Then I got some juice that made me really sick. So that was it.

What do enjoy most about working in the vaping industry?:

richie:

The people are great.

What is it like to be in the gold rush days of vaping business?:

richie:

Not sure. Haven’t seen the gold yet. Just some green.

richie:

richie:

Yes. Going to start building custom mods.

richie:

Can’t give any right now. I’m still wet behind the ears as far as the vaping business.

Naw. They will do what dirty powerful businesses do. But lets not, There is power in the people.

richie:

Not sure.

richie:

Absolutely. We are somewhat active now. And will be getting more active as time goes.
